No, you can’t download them to your device, but once you register they are viewable any time and on any device for the full access period.  This is a better way to make sure that the videos are always viewable and that you have the most recent version if I add information as time goes on.

No, no refunds or cancellations after you register.  The only exception I will make is if the learning management platform that hosts this course suffers an extended failure within the first three months of registration. In that unlikely event, I will relocate the content to another platform, and you can transfer your registration there free of charge or request a refund.
